Was impressed and thankful for the service we received from Cory. After he found the diagnosis of our furnace issue he was through in explaining what the problem was and what we needed to fix. Cory was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was going on every step of the way.

Thanks to Beard heating and cooling for taking care of my wife's 94 year old grandmother. After a local company tried to rip her off and sell her a new system the guys at Beard went in and fixed what they had mess up and got all work done for a great price. They are a company you can trust and will do a fantastic job. I highly recommend.

During what was probably the hottest week all year our AC went out. Terry got there and got it going. He was great. Will continue to use Beard.

Camren was very professional and explained what issues we were having with our thermostat. Camren explained an air purifying unit we could get for the furnance. He also explained and showed us the 3 tier-yearly maintenance prigram which we signed up for. A nice and professional young man.

Absolutely love these people! Very professional and respectful in every sense of the word. If it wasnt for them I would have lost all my furbabies to the heat. Today Cameron came and saved the day! He was fast, knowledgable, and all smiles. Hopefully we dont ever need anymore service for awhile but if we do, Cameron would be one of the top two I would have come back. Thank you all so much!

Being new in the Rushville area , I had to get the issue with my HVAC and thermostat corrected , I contacted Beard Wednesday morning and they had availability so they were at my home in 30 minutes, I must say Brittany was awesome and the fact is when she didn't the answer she called the owner , Terry, to assist in diagnosing the issue, the fact that he came out to the house and assisted her tells me everything about this company , it's all about the customer and satisfaction. They built a relationship and that will last a lifetime for me. If you need HVAC or HVAC related services , don't hesitate and just give them a call. They are the epitome of what making the customer first is all about

I’ve been getting my service from this company for a few years now, about time I wrote a review. They are always very thorough and do their jobs super well. I’ve never has any issues with them. Sure, they may run a little late from time to time, but I think that’s just the nature of the H/C business. You’re going to get that anywhere. Anyway, they have always done an excellent job of taking care of our heating and cooling units and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Beard HVAC has been an excellent repair company for both HVAC and plumbing. They've seen us through some serious emergencies, as well as planned work. My house isn't an easy one to work with, given it was built in the late 1800's. I appreciate that they're always professional, yet familiar with both myself and my family - our normal tech even likes our big dog! :-)

called Beard at 10 a.m. this morning needing a new water heater installed at my Rushville residence, had not used Beard before but several facebookers recommended them, bottom line... they called at 4:30 and asked if they could install it today since they finished up another earlier job sooner than expected!! Arrived within five minutes of the call, drained the old broke one, picked up a new one at Hoeings, installed, cleaned up everything perfectly!! in about 45 minutes... very professional.... highly recommend Beard for their excellent service... Very impressed. Thank you so much!

Highly recommended. I suddenly had issues with my heat pump. A tech was sent out later that same day and Brittany was great! She explained what was wrong, came back later with her boss to get the ER heating to work, and even loaned me a space heater since I have asthma. Bear's also helped me to locate a financing company since the system needs to be replaced.

I called with no heat at @ 830 and 15 minutes later had a tech out. My old furnace was blowing cool and emitting carbon monoxide into my house. Terry and his crew had a new unit installed the next afternoon. Terry and his wife Vera are life long Rushville residents and take pride in providing absolutely the best experience you could hope for. I have used them several times over the last 20 years and I am always impressed.

We are always able to get scheduled quickly for maintenance or repairs for our heat/AC system. Techs are always friendly and explain thoroughly the work that needs to be done. They are always willing to go the extra mile to get us up and running.
